The Human Resources Office's “Leadership Course for Postdocs and Junior Researchers” teaches key concepts, tools, and practices of modern leadership and helps participants gain their first leadership experience.

PhD Supervisors

• The two-day block course “Training for PhD Supervisors” focuses on the goals, challenges, and content of good doctoral supervision. The course is held in German.
