EURAXESS for Junior Academics

EURAXESS offers guidance and digital tools to explore alternative career paths and actively shape the transition from doctoral studies to the next stage of your career. By maintaining their profiles, junior academics can increase their reach and network specifically with international research institutions and peers.

Early-career researchers receive individual support from experienced researchers who assist them with career decisions, mobility issues, and their personal development.

Interactive formats provide practical insights into research, career planning, and soft skills—ideal for targeted professional development in the early stages of your career.

Support for incoming researchers

The national portal EURAXESS Switzerland provides practical information about living and working in Switzerland. The University of Bern is part of the EURAXESS network and is actively committed to the international mobility of researchers.
